Depression Counselling & Therapy in Ealing, West London
Does the idea of getting up in the morning make you feel sick? Do you find yourself crying for hours on end? Or maybe you feel numb, like you're living in a prison with no windows or doors?
Left untreated, depression can become a dead-end. But we can work together to help you turn depression into a doorway to a more meaningful life.
If you're suffering from depression, you're not alone: one in three people experiences depression at some point. You may feel like the lights have gone out in your life and all energy has drained away. You can end up feeling totally isolated: others don't understand why you can't 'look on the bright side'.
We can work together to throw some light on this inner darkness. We can look at how your belief system or past experiences may be narrowing your perspective and making your feelings worse. Together, we can start to look at ways in which you can make positive changes in your life and begin to overcome the inner struggles that are causing you such despair. You will be taking steps towards moving out of depression and forward into a more meaningful, fulfilling life.
I am based in Ealing, West London and offer anxiety counselling and psychotherapy for the following areas: Acton, Barnes, Barons Court, Brentford, Chiswick, Greenford, Earls Court, Hammersmith, Hanwell, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Isleworth, Kew, Northolt, Richmond, Shepherds Bush and Twickenham.
